Montreal Expos

The Montreal Expos (French: Les Expos de Montréal) were a professional baseball team based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada that played from 1969 until 2004. The Expos were the first Major League Baseball (MLB) franchise located outside the United States and played in the National League's East Division. The team left Montreal following the 2004 season as the franchise was relocated to Washington, D.C. and continues on as the Washington Nationals. (en.wikipedia.org)
